The Power of introversion

Dear readers,

Let me share you an anecdote, I attended my first Psychology class in the month of June in the year 2012.  Like every high school student I wondered how a college life would be like? Puzzled, to be frank. With my thoughts , I went to the canteen to sip tea.

When I returned to my class, I found a boy who was lonely and isolated at the corner of the class. "Why are you alone?, I asked him. He remained silent. "What's your name?", I asked him with open palms. He observed me and answered Vadivel. I introduced myself then . We become acquainted and became good friends now. He is a virtuoso and exceptionally candidate at Arts. He has around 500 trophies and cups under his belt for his excellence in numerous areas like poetry, short stories, slogans, etc. On the whole, to say, he is an introvert.

To put his behaviour in words: He rarely socializes with people. He works alone. He is aloof. He reveals rarely about himself. He do not like to draw attention to himself. He thinks more about himself  throughout the day.

  What is introversion?

Introversion is a personality trait. People who are introverted, tend to focus their attention on their internal thoughts and  emotions. They are inward turning.

Here are the list of famous personalities with introversion:

  1. Albert Einstein

  4. Eleanor Roosevelt
  5. Emma Watson
  6. Abraham Lincoln and so on.

Introverts gain energy fro within.
